Bar, nightclub, and coffee shop empresario Brooke Humphries (Barcadia, It'll Do, Mudsmith) makes her foray into burgers today with the arrival of Pints & Quarts, now open at the corner of Ross and Greenville.

The focal point of the menu is burgers, which come standard cooked medium, served on a potato bun, and crowned with a tower of thin-sliced red onion, lettuce, and tomato. (The menu boldly declares no modifications, so onion haters will have to take matters into their own hands.) There's also fried chicken sandwiches literally the size of your face, hot dogs — including an intriguing banh mi version with pickled veg — hand-cut fries with a variety of dipping sauces, and some serious-business fried pickle spears.
