TRINITY GROVES—Craft beer specialists LUCK have had such great luck with their doughnut and beer pairing flights, now they're introducing something new: a bierock flight. This Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. they'll offer a a flight of four bierocks, the pastries stuffed with sweet or savory fillings, including a pastrami-stuffed pretzel bierock paired with Martin House Salty Lady and a cinnamon apple, bacon, and pecan-stuffed bierock with cream cheese frosting paired with Martin Bockslider Toadies Texas Bock. Get there early, because it will almost certainly sell out. [EaterWire]
