The Cedars just got a whole lot cooler: Beloved bartender and former Windmill Lounge fixture Charlie Papaceno just opened his brand new drinking destination Industry Alley. It's outfitted with everything necessary to make it your favorite new watering hole: A killer outdoor patio, a game room with pool tables, pinball machines, and arcade games, plenty of cozy seating, and of course, a jukebox.
The best seats in the house here, though, are the stools at the bar where you can sit and chat with the man himself. There's no set cocktail menu, so sky's the limit — but if you need some suggestions, Charlie's Old Fashioned is practically legendary; we also hear he makes a mean Aviation.
Industry Alley is open 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Friday and 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays. As the name would imply, expect to see this place mobbed with service industry folks nightly.
