It may still be a million degrees out, but the busy fall opening season is just around the corner. Case in point: Pink Magnolia, the Southern-influenced concept from Kitchen LTO founder Casie Caldwell and Blythe Beck taking over the former Driftwood space, opens its doors next Thursday, September 3.

Bearing the slogan "where company comes to dine," Pink Magnolia promises a menu that's "more grown-up and sophisticated" than diners have seen from Beck in the past. Says Beck via press release: "The best way I can describe my menu, is that I’m taking our old family recipes but twisting it up a little with bacon, butter and booze so that I’ve done my part to make Southern food blush a little." Sounds about right.

Expect an open kitchen with a chef's counter, plus a patio. Pink Magnolia will be open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday, plus Sunday brunch and a three-course Sunday supper that will showcase guest-submitted family recipes. Hey, your Mamaw's mayonnaise cake could soon be famous.

Pink Magnolia is already taking reservations at (469) 320-9220. Behold the dinner, brunch, and cocktail menus, below:
