Behold Saint Rocco's, the newest addition to culinary theme park Trinity Groves making its red sauce-smothered debut tonight. An ode to New York-style Italian food from TG head honcho Phil Romano and chef Jay Valley, the menu includes comfort food classics like veal milanese, chicken parmesan, and linguine with clams. The signature house cocktail bound to land on every table is the Saint Rocco's Bellini, which spikes the usual icy blend of peach puree and prosecco with rum.
With its striking crimson carpets, a handsome carved wooden bar, and retro black-and-white tile, Saint Rocco's might just have you humming a little Ol' Blue Eyes while you await your rigatoni bolognese. (Fun fact: Be sure to scope out Romano's very own artwork that's hanging in the ladies' restroom.)
Expect to spend around $25 to $35 per person before drinks. Saint Rocco's is open nightly for dinner only; hours are Monday through Thursday 5 to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 5 to 11 p.m., and Sunday 5 to 9 p.m.
