Local legend Phil Romano debuts his new Trinity Groves concept Saint Rocco's today at 5 p.m. — meaning you can sip rum-spiked bellinis at the handsome carved wooden bar right this very second.

In addition to an expansive menu of Italian-American favorites, from calamari and chicken parm to rigatoni bolognese, Romano and chef-partner Jay Valley have some words of wisdom for diners. Printed across the top of the wine and cocktail list is this little piece of trivia: "Did you know that 2-3 glasses of wine per day can reduce your risk of giving a shit!?" Duly noted, gentlemen.

Scope out the full dinner, dessert, and beverage menus for Saint Rocco's, below. (Sadly, we have no idea what Tony Romo dined on when he attended the soft opening — but perhaps some of the staffers would be willing to spill the beans.)
