Burgeoning local chain East Hampton Sandwich Co. is celebrating three years in business today, and they want to stuff your face with half-price lobster rolls.
The version here is Connecticut-style, served warm with plenty of butter on a toasty roll; today's deal takes said sandwich from a pricey $16.48 to a downright affordable $8.24. Wear your boat shoes and salmon-colored pants, and it's probably the closest you'll get to actually being in The Hamptons this summer.
And now, the fine print: One per person, while supplies last, dine-in only. Besides the original at Snider Plaza, EHSC also has outposts in Oak Lawn, Plano's The Shops at Legacy, and Fort Worth's WestBend.
