Last year, we learned that Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse would be closing its longtime North Dallas location and relocating to trendier digs in Uptown. Now, the legendary steakhouse chain has announced a new location, planned for Plano’s hottest development.
Announced today, the new Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse will open in Legacy West, the massive new development that will be home to Toyota’s new Texas headquarters, along with several new restaurants, including a 3-story food hall and Manhattan meat king Danny Meyer’s second Dallas location of Shake Shack.
The Plano location of Del Frisco’s is scheduled to open in 2017, preceded by the new flagship restaurant’s opening in Uptown by the end of 2016. The newest additions will join outposts of Del Frisco’s in Fort Worth, and Del Frisco’s Grille locations in Southlake, Plano, Fort Worth, and Uptown.
