As part of the forthcoming Texas Live development that will be situated between Globe Life Park and AT&T Stadium, Arlington has found just the man to seriously bring the Donkey Sauce-slathered party — Guy Fieri.

Announced via release, Fieri will open an outpost of Guy’s Burger Joint at the fledgling development. The concept will be a first of its kind flagship for Guy’s Burger Joint, the quick-service stand Fieri opened at Gexa Energy Pavilion last year. The concept also operates on Carnival cruise ships and more than a dozen concert venues across the country.

Fieri hasn’t announced any details of what the menu will look like, but you can bet you’ll find some of the burgers from the Gexa outpost on the new menu, many of which come topped with “S.M.C.” (super melty cheese, ugh) and Guy’s “jacked up secret mayo sauce,” the inimitable Donkey Sauce.

Construction is currently underway at Texas Live, where Guy’s Burger Joint will join a bevy of restaurants, entertainment venues, convention space, and a hotel when construction is completed in 2018.
