Danyele McPherson, executive chef at Remedy and HG Sply Co, is expanding her comfort food empire with the opening of a brand new concept about 30 minutes away from Downtown Dallas.

Announced via release, McPherson will open Standard Service, a “casual neighborhood restaurant/bar” at 760 W. Ralph Hall Parkway in Rockwall. The concept, open for lunch and dinner, will offer McPherson’s take on “fresh Texas cuisine” alongside cocktails, beer, and wine. The project is the third project involving McPherson and restaurant group 8020 Hospitality, the minds behind HG Sply Co and Remedy.

“It was really fun to create a menu of modern Texas staples that focus on fresh, simple ingredients. Our food and environment allow our guests to create their own experience,” said McPherson in a statement. “Whether you want to watch the game with your friends, have a nice date night, or come in for a quick dinner with the kids, we truly have something everyone will enjoy.”

Standard Service is set to debut on Monday, October 10. Before you go, check out the menu below.
