EAST DALLAS – East Dallas coffee shop Cultivar Coffee will be making a short move down the street to join the neighborhood’s newest concept, Goodfriend Package. Announced via Facebook post yesterday, the move is excellent news for coffee junkies who could use a caffeine boost outside of Cultivar’s currently limited hours. Cultivar will re-open at Goodfriend Package on Saturday, February 13, and will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. [Facebook]

POPUP WIRE – In its short life, Dallas Supper Club has managed to attract some pretty impressive guest chef talent, and their sixth dinner will be no exception. Newly-installed FT33 chef Nilton "Junior" Borges will prepare a top-secret menu for quick-fingered foodies who want to manage to get a ticket to the always sold-out dinner series. Tickets are available for the March 7 dinner at Downtown Dallas’ Tower Club starting at 4 p.m. today via DSC’s website. [EaterWire]

NORTH DALLAS – Preston Hollow Village will get yet another dining option by the end of this month. Announced via press release yesterday, Matchbox American Kitchen + Spirit will open its doors for dinner service on February 29. The restaurant comes to Texas from Washington, D.C., and focuses on "contemporary twists on chef-crafted American dishes and artisanal pizzas." Diners can look forward to "ginormous meatballs," whipped ricotta fettuccine, and fish & chips battered with Pabst Blue Ribbon. [EaterWire]
