Chef Braden Wages and his wife Yasmin have been busy. Between the house-brewed beer and constantly changing menu at Malai Kitchen, it's a real wonder that they were able to somehow manage opening up a second outpost of their West Village Thai-Vietnamese spot.
This past Sunday, Malai Kitchen Southlake opened its doors, and it's a real stunner. At the new location, the Wages have expanded the brewing program, added a manual sugarcane juicer, and a menu with plenty of familiar favorites.
Scope out the space, and rejoice that there is officially now a place for fresh Asian fare in the 'burbiest of suburbs.
