Eddie "Lucky" Campbell and his business partner Andrew Brimecome have already proven that they can open a killer bar concept in Parliament, the beloved Uptown cocktail lounge. Now, the duo will take on the restaurant business with Knuckle Sandwich Co., a boozy new concept that hit Lower Greenville this weekend.

According to a post on Parliament’s Facebook page, Knuckle Sandwich Co. began serving up cocktails this weekend as part of a (very) soft opening. Scope out the details below:

Campbell tells Eater that Knuckle Sandwich Co.'s first official day of business will be Wednesday, May 4. In the meantime, the restaurant will host a friends and family service with cocktails only for folks who are too curious to wait.

The opening comes just in time for Cinco De Mayo, on which Knuckle Sandwich Co. will host their grand opening celebration. The festivities will feature tunes from DJ Dilly in addition to $5 Tequila Avion cocktails and other feature drinks mixed with Olmeca Altos. For just $45, you can score a ticket to skip the line and score free feature drinks all night long.

Knuckle Sandwich Co. is located at 3619 Greenville Ave, and has taken over the former Vagabond space. Stay tuned for more details on the menu.
