EXPANSIONS — A new outpost of Chicago-based brunch spot Yolk will debut between September and October in Preston Center. The 150 seat eatery will take over the former LYFE space and feature an outdoor dining area. [Escape Hatch Dallas]

COMING ATTRACTIONS — The Hilton Garden Inn is in the process of developing a new restaurant, Grayson Social, at 1600 Pacific Avenue. Chef Chad Starling (Saint Ann’s, Bolsa, Dallas Chop House) will head the restaurant, which is expected to open by mid-August. Grayson Social will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an "upscale Southern" menu. [CultureMap]

BRUNCHWIRE — 940's Kitchen & Cocktails in downtown Denton is now offering weekend brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
