Barbecue enthusiasts, the long wait is officially over. After closing their popular barbecue trailer to make way for a brand new brick and mortar home, Heim Barbecue is officially preparing to open the doors.
Announced via Facebook post, Heim Barbecue will host a grand opening for its much-anticipated permanent home in just two short weeks. Scope out the full announcement below:
Final approval for the space came from the city last week, at which point owners Travis and Emma Heim began training staff and "finishing the final small details of the restaurant." When the spot opens the doors, barbecue will be available every day of the week except Tuesdays from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m., or until it runs out.
Also exciting is Heim’s plans for an evening bar food menu, which will feature smoked chicken wings, bacon burnt ends, and the "HeimBurger." Local craft beer, cocktails, and a selection of more than 160 whiskeys will be available to wash all the meats down.
The doors officially open Saturday, August 6 at 11 a.m.
