It’s not often that you hear of violence happening in the generally quiet north suburbs, but a parking lot squabble at a popular sports bar in Frisco last night left one person shot.

NBC DFW reports that the shooting took place at Woody’s Sports Restaurant at 307 Main Street last night around 9:30 p.m. According to officers on the scene, the shooting was a result of road rage in the parking lot. Two patrons began arguing about how one of the involved parties was driving in the bar’s small lot.

The skirmish quickly escalated — one patron ended up with a head wound, and the other was shot twice. Both were transported to local hospitals with “non-serious injuries,” which seems like a pretty lucky break when guns are involved.

Police are still investigating the incident. No arrests have yet been made, nor have charges been filed.
