If you find yourself lunching in Deep Ellum often, the last few years have brought a veritable bounty of spots to grab a quick bite. The newest to the fray comes from Deep Ellum Brewing Company.
The Dallas brewery’s new Taproom & Kitchen is now officially open for lunch, and the menu is definitely a doozy. In addition to the beers brewed on site, you can score tater tots piled high with elotes-style corn or mac & cheese, spicy-sweet peach-habanero wings, and for the health conscious, a few salads.
DEBC brews have, of course, also made their way onto the non-liquid menu. Deep Ellum IPA makes an appearance in jalapeno-spiked hummus, and brown ale adds kick to the grainy mustard and beer cheese served with a plate of salted pretzels.
Lunch service officially kicks off at Deep Ellum Brewing Taproom & Kitchen today, August 8. The kitchen is open starting at 11 a.m., Monday through Friday.
