Now that football is back in full swing, you actually have a reason to go to AT&T Stadium, which sits empty the majority of the year. Once the Stadium Club, the Cowboys’ first eatery, officially opens its doors, though, you may find yourself hanging out in Arlington more than you thought possible.
A representative for Stadium Club tells Eater that the spanking-new bar inside the home of the Dallas Cowboys will open next week. Located near Entrance A, Stadium Club is inspired by the look of the now-demolished Texas Stadium, and will offer a “gameday vibe” even when the Cowboys aren’t playing.
Chef Anthony Van Camp, formerly of SER at the Hilton Anatole, has designed the menu at Stadium Club. As far as the food is concerned, diners can look forward to signature hand-crafted cocktails, wood-fired specialties, and Italian stone oven flatbreads, all crafted by Van Camp.
The Stadium Club will host its grand opening extravaganza on Monday, September 26.
