Now that Dallas has developed a more-than-respectable barbecue scene, fast options like Dickey’s Barbecue Pit have decidedly fallen out of favor. In an effort to jazz folks up about their smoked meats, Dickey’s has introduced an innovative(?) new offering in an effort to “change the taco game.”

A press release from the Dallas-based barbecue chain announces that Dickey’s will soon debut the brand new Frank & Bean Taco, a pairing that is just as confusing as it is unappetizing. The new, vaguely horrifying Frankentaco will feature smoked jalapeno cheddar sausage bathed with barbecue beans and wrapped in a flour tortilla.

This horrifying creation comes served with whatever “taco sauce” is, and can be yours starting on October 1 for the low, low price of $3 per taco. Regaining your dignity after eating one, however, will be far more costly.
