Chef Tim Love Will Revive His Pop-Up Dinner In Fort Worth

Oficina will land in Love’s test kitchen Feb. 15-18

Texas culinary giant Chef Tim Love is gearing up for round two of his experimental popup series. The reality TV star and mainstay Fort Worth chef will be bringing the “Oficina” concept to his test kitchen next month.

Love brought a similar concept to Fort Worth last year, offering the chef a little respite from his typical Texan fare. Last year’s pop-up dinner Ufficio brought Love’s take on Italian cuisine, and a peek at the new pop-up’s name — Oficina — indicates that he’ll possibly head to Mexico or Spain with this year’s menu. No details on exactly what will be served just yet, but last year, the menu featured items like escolar (snake mackerel) served with margarita ice, diced avocado, and chiles.

The Oficina pop-up will be kick off on Wednesday, February 15th through Saturday, February 18th, and will cost you $95/person. The menu will feature five courses plus an aperitif cocktail, two glasses of wine, and amaro and coffee at the end of the meal. The reservation line opened today, and you can score your spot by calling the restaurant at 817-624-9712.
