Unleavened Fresh Kitchen, the fast-casual healthy eatery in Lakewood Center, will soon be a Dallas mini-chain. The restaurant today announced plans to open three more locations in North Texas within the next year.
Unleavened’s first new spot will be at Southlake Town Center, at 250 State Street, which is slated to open this fall. The other two locations haven’t yet been announced, but are expected to open sometime in 2018.
The first Unleavened Fresh Kitchen opened at 1900 Abrams Parkway back in September of 2015. It has since made plenty of Eater Dallas’ best-of lists, including best breakfast in Dallas and most kid-friendly local restaurants.
Unleavened deals in healthy eats, the menu consisting largely of wraps (for any of the day’s three square meals) or bowls of greens, with ingredients ranging from chicken salad and buttermilk fried chicken to bacon and eggs. There are also sides like hummus or eggplant dip and grilled sweet corn with harissa crema and cotija cheese.
