This week, Blue Sushi Sake Grill will open its third location in DFW.

The new outpost is set to land at 3220 McKinney Avenue in Uptown’s M-Line Tower, joining locations in Preston Hollow and Fort Worth. Occupying a space on the tower’s ground floor, the restaurant is decorated with sake barrels, photos of Godzilla and other pop-culture references. Booth-style couches and a large communal table offer seating for groups, along with plenty of tables and spots at the restaurant’s large bar.

As far as the food is concerned, the menu in Uptown will offer the same menu of extravagantly-topped sushi rolls as Blue Sushi Sake Grill’s other locations, along with maki, nigiri, and sashimi. Vegans and vegetarians will find a pretty extensive array of fish-free rolls like the “Shiitake To Me,” made with wild mushrooms, vegan tempura, and truffle oil.

Blue Sushi Sake grill will open on Tuesday, October 31. The restaurant will be open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
