White Rock Ale House owners Dave Kirk and Greg Nixon were beer aficionados and long-time friends living in East Dallas when they got the idea to open up a brewery and restaurant. That’s exactly what they’re working on right now, in the last remaining spot in the development at Gaston and Garland Road in East Dallas.
Set to open up before Christmas, White Rock Ale House will have a beer garden/patio/rustic area with access to the Santa Fe Trail, something sure to be appreciated by the local families and outdoorsy types in the area.
The Ale House will serve “American fare with a twist” for lunch, dinner and brunch, with a mix of local, national and the White Rock Ale House head brewer’s own craft beer (brewing full-scale starting in January).
