Next year, Southern celebrity chef and butter enthusiast Paula Deen will open her first Texas restaurant in Fairview.

Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen is set to open its doors in Fairview Town Center sometime next year, reports the Dallas Morning News. According to the paper, the restaurant will feature a “full-scale replica” of Deen’s at-home kitchen and the opportunity to purchase items from her signature cookware line alongside a menu of hearty Southern favorites.

Deen licenses her name to the restaurant, which is being “developed” by a third-party company called Phoenix Hospitality and Entertainment. Two other outposts of Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen are currently open, and run by a different franchise group. A number of dishes on the menu, like fried green tomatoes and fried chicken, are similar to Deen’s own restaurant The Lady & Sons, which she owns in Atlanta.

Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen will begin its Texas takeover in DFW in spring 2018. A second location is planned for San Antonio.
