Popular Deep Ellum bar Twilite Lounge has officially opened the doors to its second outpost in Fort Worth.

Dubbed Twilite Lounge West, the bar announced its Cowtown arrival on Facebook, quietly opening at 212 Lipscomb earlier this week. Known in Deep Ellum for free live music, frozen Irish coffees, and its laid-back vibe, the bar is owned by sports radio personality Daniel Balis, who produces The Hardline on KTCK, along with business partners Jess Barr and Jimmy Morton.

As Fort Worth Weekly notes, the new location is nearly twice the size of the Deep Ellum original, which means that Balis and his co-owners were able to put in a kitchen and serve food. The menu at Twilite Lounge will offer Cajun dishes like blackened catfish po’ boys and red beans and rice, both of which are perfect for sopping up all those frozen Jack and Cokes.

Twilite Lounge is now open for regular business hours, 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. daily. The bar will host its grand opening shindig on Friday, December 1.
