Meatzilla Returns to Terrorize Dallas With Tons of Pepperoni and Sausage

Zoli’s epic, two-pound-per-slice pie has returned

Now that Zoli’s NY Pizza has officially set up shop in its new Addison home, it’s not surprising that Meatzilla, a gigantic pie stuffed with sausage, pepperoni, and more, has made its return.

The restaurant announced the arrival of Meatzilla on its Facebook page, along with telling its fans that the restaurant will now be open all day on Mondays. Instead of the whole-pie Meatzilla that has been available in years past, Zoli’s will sell individual slices of the pie on Mondays, and of course quantities will be limited and certainly in high demand.

For those who are unfamiliar with the glory of Meatzilla, the massive double-crust pizza is stuffed with pepperoni, soppressata, sliced meatballs, Italian sausage, and cheese. A ring of tiny garlic knots serves as the pizza’s crust, which is topped after baking with more sauce, more cheese, and more pepperoni. As Eater noted back in 2015, each individual slice of the Meatzilla pizza weighs a hulking two pounds.

Meatzilla will only be available in limited quantities on Monday nights, starting at 5 p.m. Go forth, and eat all the meats.
