We excitedly got the news of FreshFin Poké Co.’s opening last year, and now, FreshFin is almost ready to open its doors.

When FreshFin makes its debut later this month at 3611 Greenville Ave, diners will be able to design their own their own poké masterpieces - pick your base proteins, sauce, mix-ins, and garnish to build your perfect bowl, sort of like you would at Chipotle. Only here, the combo of raw fish, rice, and veggies can actually be described as healthy.

Also on offer are seven pre-designed bowls, based on ahi tuna, Scottish salmon, hamachi, or tofu and a variety of toppings, including fresh pineapple, crispy shallots, Fresno chili, sriracha aioli, and furikake. Vegans, too, have an option here in a bowl of organic tofu topped with corn, carrot, and mango.

The grand opening event is planned for Saturday, February 25th from 11 AM to 10 PM. Plan on getting there early — the first 100 folks through the door will score a free poké bowl. In the meantime, feast your eyes on FreshFin’s menu.
