Bite sized beauties

No more scouring social media to find out where Easy Slider’s truck is parked — the tiny burger legend has officially opened it’s brick and mortar in Deep Ellum.

Central Track reports that Easy Slider opened the doors at it’s new permanent home yesterday. Mini burger fans have been waiting nearly a year and a half for the opening of Easy Slider Deep Ellum, and owners Caroline Perini and Miley Holmes are have finally released the tiny burger joint’s menu.

The food truck’s fanbase will be happy to learn that Easy Slider Deep Ellum will still serve up the classics from the food truck’s menu, like the Sweet & Lowdown, but the new location is also able to support a full 13 burger menu plus one rotating burger of the month. This month’s special slider is “The Mini Mac,” a classic burger with angus beef and american cheese. Easy Slider’s new home also hosts a full bar with rotating drafts – get a 9 oz “lunch beer” if you’re stopping by on a break from work.

Kick back your feet on the spacious patio or savor your slider indoors at 2701 Main Street. Easy Slider Deep Ellum is open at 11 a.m. every morning, closing at midnight Sundays through Wednesdays and 2 a.m. Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
