As dining scenes across Dallas’ suburbs continue to heat up, there’s arguably no hotter piece of restaurant real estate right now than Plano’s Legacy West development. Home to a newly-opened Shake Shack and the forthcoming Legacy Hall, the area will really begin to shine as a slew of new restaurants prepare to make their DFW debuts.

Announced via release, upscale Arizona export North Italia will debut at Legacy West early this summer, along with the arrivals of Canadian restaurant Earls Kitchen + Bar, True Food Kitchen, and Sprinkles Cupcakes. Later, upscale grocer Dean & DeLuca will join the veritable bounty of new Plano dining options.

The Plano outpost of North Italia is the first to arrive in Dallas, but not the last. A second location, planned for The Union building (formerly known as Akard Place) in Uptown, is set to make its debut in “early 2018.”

No official opening date has been set just yet, but North Italia is expected to arrive in Plano in June 2017.
