It’s because his name is Taco

At last night’s NFL Draft, the Dallas Cowboys drafted former University of Michigan defensive end Vidauntae “Taco” Charlton, and a local taco chain has already offered the best nicknamed player in football a pretty sweet deal for signing with Dallas.

Via its Twitter account, Fuzzy’s Tacos extended a hearty welcome to Chalrton, offering him free tacos for life in celebration of both his most excellent nickname and the no-doubt punishing blows he’ll deliver to opposing offenses throughout his career with the Cowboys.

Check out the tweet below:

And sure, there are certainly better taco options in Dallas for a man who calls himself The Supreme Taco to check out, but turning one’s nose up at free tacos is probably against Texas state laws. Charlton has yet to respond to Fuzzy’s most generous offer, but that’s probably because he’s currently on a bus that’s headed to the Dallas Cowboys new world headquarters at The Star in Frisco.

Don’t be surprised if he turn ups in a Fuzzy’s location somewhere around the metroplex as he visits Dallas as a Cowboy for the first time.
