Joining an impressive line-up of restaurants at Plano’s forthcoming Legacy Hall, Sea Breeze Lobsta & Chowda House will bring authentic, New England style seafood to the ‘burbs later this year.

Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grill, a decade-old stalwart on the local seafood scene, will open the new restaurant at Legacy Hall, according to a press release. The spot will be the only restaurant on the Hall’s second floor, above the 20+ eateries on the ground floor, and will serve as a quick-service expansion of the original restaurant.

Diners will be able to order up two different types of lobster rolls — buttered and mayo varieties, for discerning seafood enthusiasts — along with a selection of raw oysters, clam chowder, and shrimp cocktail. Popular dishes from Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grill will make their way onto the Lobsta & Chowda House menu on a monthly basis.

“Opening at Legacy Food Hall offers as a great opportunity to reach out to new diners,” said Sea Breeze fishmonger Rick Oruch in a statement. “This counter-service location gives us a chance to serve our favorites who work and play at Legacy West, and to invite them to enjoy our full-service dining experience in LakeSide Market.”

Sea Breeze joins gourmet grocer Dean & Deluca and restaurants from Matt McCallister, John Tesar, and Monkey King Noodle Company’s Andrew Chen at Legacy Hall. In the last few months, the forthcoming hotspot has also announced that Chef Uno Immanivong will open an “Asian Chipotle” in the Hall, along with an outpost of Glazed Donut Works and a new wine & charcuterie spot called Détour.

No opening date has yet been announced for Legacy Hall, but look for it to (finally) arrive in Fall 2017.
