FreshFin Poke Co. Joins Legacy Hall Lineup

It’s only been open for a few months, but FreshFin Poke Co. is already preparing to add a second DFW outpost.

A post to the restaurant’s Facebook page announces that the raw fish bar will join the buzzy line-up at Plano’s forthcoming Legacy Hall. When the restaurant opened, owner Joon Choe told Eater that he was already plotting a second outpost, but now the former private chef has found a home for his quick-service poke restaurant among some of the city’s best chefs.

FreshFin Poke is the second fish-obsessed addition to Legacy Hall’s lineup this week. On Monday, Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grill announced that it would bring a quick-service counter serving New England-style lobster rolls and clam chowder to the Hall. And, of course, there’s John Tesar’s Knife Burger, the as-yet-unnamed Matt McCallister restaurant, and a brewery called Unlawful Assembly.

Legacy Hall arrives in Fall 2017. The hall will play host to more than 20 food and drink vendors, so expect even more new restaurants to be added in the coming months.
