Brazen Thieves Steal Fort Worth Taco Truck

— Over the long weekend, beloved taco truck Taco Heads was stolen from its parking lot on Fort Worth’s South Main Street. The thieves cut the lock on the gated lot, drove an SUV through the gate, hitched the Taco Heads truck to their own vehicle, and drove away. Police have no leads as of yet. [CultureMap]

— Cedar Grove, the restaurant that occupied former DISH Oak Lawn space, has abruptly closed its doors. Reportedly, Cedar Grove shuttered without warning to its guests, and staff spent the morning cleaning out the restaurant. Also of note, Chef Taylor Kearney, who was in charge of the menu at both Cedar Grove and sister restaurant Front Room Kitchen, appears to have left the restaurant. [Dallas Observer]

— In most areas of Dallas and beyond, McDonalds is now available for delivery. 217 of the fast food giant’s stores in the area have joined UberEats, which will now bring greasy burgers and fries directly to your door.
