Because Dallas doesn’t already have enough burger joints, Austin’s Hat Creek Burger will soon throw its hat into the ring.
CultureMap reports that the growing chain will open its first Dallas-area location in McKinney later this year, followed by outposts in Dallas proper, Allen, and Rowlett. According to Eater Austin, the chain first began as a food trailer, and has since expanded to five restaurants in the Austin area.
In addition to the burgers on the menu, the restaurant also serves up breakfast in the morning, along with salads, shakes, and a selection of chicken sandwiches. Regular and sweet potato fries are on offer, along with a pouch of pickles or veggies that serves as a decidedly healthier alternative to fried potatoes.
The first Hat Creek Burger Co. location will open in McKinney in Fall 2017, with the other three to follow soon after.
