Hold on to your seatbelts, Dallas — Eater’s first-ever Road Trip Week begins right this very moment, and just in time for summer.

From now through June 16, Eater sites across the country will be highlighting the best road-trip fare, ranging from quick gas station stops to full-on dining destinations. If you’re planning on traveling throughout Texas this summer, you’re going to want to pay attention to every moment of Road Trip Week.

Stay tuned for dining guides along the state’s most traversed highways, solid restaurants worth a short drive from Dallas, and so much more. You’ll also find road trip tips from Dallas chefs, and a deep-dive into the burgeoning dining scene that awaits just a few hours away in Waco.

As always, if you know of an excellent road trip spot that should be on our radar, feel free to drop us a note via the tipline or send us a Tweet.

Buckle in, y’all. It’s going to be one hell of a ride.
