The trademark of City Works is have a huge list (read: 90) of draft beers sourced from all over; the bar and grill reports that 40% of the 90 beers on tap will be sourced from Dallas breweries, including Deep Ellum Brewing, Community Beer Co. and Revolver Brewing among plenty others.
As for food, City Works skews bar-like, with burgers, flatbreads, nachos and ribs all on the menu. Brunch will include stuffed French toast and a monstrosity of a bloody Mary, complete with shrimp on a skewer and a Slim Jim serving as a stirrer. The place’s sporty vibe is cemented with the promise of 24 flat-screen TVs dotting the walls.
