Sometime next year, Houston restaurant Bellagreen will bring its healthy, fresh fare to Dallas.

The restaurant, formerly known as Ruggles Green, is known for its healthy dishes and plenty of options for gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan diners served in a fast-casual format. The restaurant currently operates five (soon to be six) locations in Houston, and recently underwent a major rebranding after a chef formerly associated with the chain was involved in a seafood smuggling operation.

As far as the food is concerned, diners can look forward to a variety of scratch-made dishes, including hemp-spiked empanadas, quinoa macaroni and cheese, and arugula salad topped with honey-fried goat cheese. It’s also a Certified Green Restaurant, which means that Bellagreen uses eco-friendly practices like “water saving devices and alternate power sources.”

No opening timeline has been set for Bellagreen, but look for it to arrive sometime in early 2018.
