Next year, Danny Meyer’s NYC burger chain Shake Shack will officially make its arrival at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
Shake Shack has now signed a lease for a space in Terminal C, taking over a former McDonald’s location near gate C6, reports the Fort Worth Star Telegram. It’s the third DFW location for Shake Shack, joining outposts at Uptown’s Crescent hotel and the recently-opened Legacy West restaurant in Plano.
This isn’t Shake Shack’s first foray into the world of airport dining. Earlier this year, the chain opened in Los Angeles International Airport, and according to Eater LA, serves a full menu of breakfast sandwiches and other morning-friendly fare. Presumably, the location will also offer an A.M. menu, but that hasn’t been announced just yet. There’s also a location at NYC’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.
Shake Shack is expected to land at DFW at some point in 2018. Stay tuned for more details.
