— Oak Cliff cocktail bar Tiny Victories will soon launch Bitchy Bingo, a drag bingo night hosted by Dallas drag queens once a month. It’s a successor of sorts to drag brunch, an beloved Dallas weekend tradition hosted by now-shuttered restaurants Victor Tangos and DISH. Tickets for Bitchy Bingo, which will be held on the first Wednesday of each month for the foreseeable future, can be purchased for $10 in advance, and allow the holder to compete for cash prizes. — The founders of beer-focused Trinity Groves eatery Luck will open a new Farmers Branch restaurant called Cedar Creek Brewhouse and Eatery. The restaurant will open in partnership with Seven Points, Texas’s Cedar Creek Brewery at the forthcoming Mustang Station development at Bee Street and Valley View Lane. Construction just began on the new two-story brewpub, and it’s set to open in late 2019. [GuideLive]

— Uptown restaurant and dog park Mutts Canine Cantina went viral this week with a new job posting. The restaurant is reportedly in search of a “puptern,” or intern who will be responsible for greeting dogs and their owners as they enter the park, for its Fort Worth location. Mutts is currently taking applicants for the $100-an-hour job via Instagram, where interested parties can post a “fun or engaging video” explaining why they should be hired for the gig. Unfortunately, it’s only an internship, so this job is totally temporary. [Fort Worth Star-Telegram]
