Plano’s Boardwalk at Granite Park just welcomed its newest eatery, B. Frank & Relish, which touts comfort food with global and California influences.

B. Frank & Relish is the newest of seven eateries at the waterfront property located at the intersection of Sam Rayburn Tollway and the Dallas North Tollway. It boasts beautiful light-filled interiors with an array of visually stunning light fixtures and tufted leather chairs and banquets.

A wood fired grill preps dishes like wagyu steak, burgers, wings, kabobs, and more. Diners can also snag comfort food faves like fried chicken, mac ‘n’ cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches, and loaded “fancy fries” topped with chicken pot pie, cheddar & bacon, chili & cheddar, or pastrami, among other options. “We crafted B. Frank & Relish because we wanted to inspire people to be in the moment and relish with their company,” founder Jason Graman said in a statement. As a play on “relish,” diners are served a jar of pickles upon arriving. The drink menu offers wine, beer, and sake on tap along with an assortment of cocktails.

B. Frank & Relish joins Chips Old Fashioned Hamburgers, HookLine, Union Bear Brewing, The Biscuit Bar, Pearl Cup Sip and Edith’s French Bistro. A new smoked meats spot called Good Union BBQ will debut this spring.

The eatery is located at 5880 State Highway 121 and operates Monday through Wednesday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Thursday and Friday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Sunday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
