Internet sensation Kwaylon Rogers, better known as viral video star Blame It On Kway, will bring a Louisiana seafood spot to Dallas sometime next year.

Rogers partnered with Tonique Clay, the original owner of Krab Queenz’s Baton Rouge locations, to bring the seafood spot to Houston, which recently debuted at 10852 Westheimer Road. In an interview with Houstonia magazine, Rogers, who was born in Dallas, said over the next year he’ll bring Krab Queenz locations to Dallas, Atlanta, and Los Angeles where he currently lives.

For folks unfamiliar with Rogers’s online fame, he’s the mind behind viral Instagram videos featuring his bright-lipped alter-ego TiTi, along with impersonations of celebrities like Tyra Banks, all of which have racked up millions of views on Instagram. Opening Krab Queenz in Dallas is a homecoming of sorts — according to his website, Rogers was born in Dallas, and lived in Oak Cliff as a kid.

In Baton Rouge, Krab Queenz is known for a tight but solid menu of crab and shrimp served by the plate or the pound that have been doused in its flavor-infused butters. Diners can opt for flavors like garlic, honey garlic, and spicy, with heat levels ranging from mild to “inferno.” Also on offer are sides like potatoes, corn, and sausage, jars of cake for dessert, and punch or daiquiris to sip on either in single-serve or gallon-sized jugs to-go.

Stay tuned for more information on Krab Queenz impending Dallas arrival.
