Beloved Thai Eatery Asian Mint Expands to Richardson

The new restaurant, called EnjoyMint, will serve the same Thai flavors in a quick-serve format

Asian Mint, arguably one of Dallas’ finest Thai eateries, is expanding to Richardson with a new quick-serve spot called EnjoyMint.

The health-focused new restaurant is expected to debut at 300 West Campbell Road later this spring, reports CultureMap. Following in the footsteps of other fast-casual spots like Malibu Poke and Kula Revolving Sushi Bar, Enjoy Mint will employ a digital ordering kiosk that will allow diners to order up their pad thai and drunken noodles without actually having to interact with a human being.

EnjoyMint will offer a more casual vibe than Asian Mint, and owner Nikky Phinyawatana hasn’t said whether or not it will serve alcohol like its sibling restaurant. Diners can, however, likely expect the same attention to gluten-free, vegetarian, and other options for people with dietary restrictions that Phinyawatana has perfected at Asian Mint.

EnjoyMint is currently planning a spring 2018 opening. Stay tuned for more details on this exciting new Thai eatery’s arrival.
