The West End is now home to 3Eleven, a new restaurant from the minds behind RJ Mexican Cuisine.
3Eleven opened its doors at 311 North Market Street in the West End this week, bringing a menu of upscale pub fare and cocktails to the neighborhood. “When most operators were walking away from this part of Downtown almost 14 years ago, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to get ahead of the curve and inspire others to commit to this prized neighborhood,” said 3Eleven owner Jay Khan in a statement. To lead the kitchen, Khan tapped Chef John Moore, formerly of The Woolworth.
Moore will oversee a menu of familiar plates like truffled cheese fries, deviled eggs, and quinoa-hummus fritters. Flatbreads, salads, and steak frites round out the dinner options, and barman Ruben Michael Chavez will oversee a menu of cocktails separated by spirit, including options based on gin, cocktail, tequila, rum, and scotch. Classic drinks like the Sidecar and Aviation will also be on offer.
3Eleven is now open all day, serving lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
