Top Chef’s Stephanie Izard Dreams Up a Hot Dog for Dog Haus

— California export Dog Haus linked up with Chicago-based Top Chef winner Stephanie Izard, who created a special hot dog for the Richardson location and all outposts. For the months of March and April, try Izard’s ‘Everybody Lap Cheong Tonight!’ which features a sweet, salty and smoky lap cheong sausage, savory mayo, sweet & spicy pepper relish and scallions, all served on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls. $1 of the purchase price from Izard’s hotdog will be donated to No Kid Hungry.
