One of DFW’s favorite ramen destinations is expanding beyond Greenville Avenue. Wabi House will open a second location late this summer, Dallas Culturemap reports.
Wabi will open in Fort Worth’s Medical District on the second floor of a former doctor’s office located at 1229 8th Ave. It won’t just be tonkatsu ramen at Wabi House’s Fort Worth location — although that’s bound to be popular. This location will boast yakitori, or Japanese-style skewered and grilled chicken with vegetables.
“We’ll probably introduce some different ramen and some unique small plates,” Wabi Housechef and founder Dien Nguyen told Culturemap. So it’ll be a lot of what Wabi Dallas has, but with additional, special items for Fort Worth.”
