Take A Peek Inside Snooze, Addison’s Forthcoming Brunch Paradise

The Denver-based breakfast chain is almost ready to open

In the coming weeks, Addison will become home to Snooze, a Denver-based breakfast chain known as one of the country’s best destinations for a boozy brunch.

The first Dallas outpost of Snooze is expected to arrive soon at 5100 Belt Line Road, but construction is still underway. When it arrives, Snooze will join eateries like Yard House, Hopdoddy Burger Bar, Gloria’s, and Neighborhood Services at the Village on the Parkway development, bringing yet another dining option to the bustling shopping center.

Snooze currently operates multiple outposts in Texas, but the Addison location marks the chain’s first foray into Dallas-Fort Worth. The growing chain is known for its pancake flights, variations on eggs Benedict, and brunch cocktails that go beyond the typical Bloody Mary and mimosa, though those are also both on offer. Open from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Snooze will definitely be an early bird destination in Dallas.

Snooze will swing open the doors at 6:30 a.m. on June 6. In the meantime, take a peek around the retro-inspired space before its debut, courtesy of Eater photographer Melissa Hennings.
