North Dallas Now Has a New Vegan Eatery

Nature’s Plate serves up veggie-packed, grab-and-go fare

Nature’s Plate, a vegan eatery that specializes in grab-and-go dishes, has officially arrived at Preston Forest Square.

The new restaurant kicked open the doors to its space at 11811 Preston Road yesterday, smartly parking itself right next door to running store Run On. The North Dallas location is the second for Nature’s Plate, which opened its first DFW storefront in East Dallas, where it quickly earned a loyal following for its grab-and-go eats and vegan meal plans.

Outside of the lack of meat, Nature’s Plate is also a solid destination for diners with dietary restrictions. Gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free options are on offer, along with dishes that are prepared without oil. The shop boasts that around 75 percent of its ingredients are certified organic and non-GMO.

Vegans can now head to Preston and Forest for prepped fare from Nature’s Plate, which is now open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
