This weekend, an epic Asian night market will take over The Bomb Factory with grilled meats, noodles, and more.
It’s the third such event from Dallas Night Markets, a group that plans to host similar events inspired by the nocturnal street food scenes in Thailand, China, and Indonesia, among other countries. In Dallas, the group has recruited a number of local eateries to participate, including Eater Best New Restaurant Khao Noodle Shop, Chinese favorite Jeng Chi, Filipino restaurant Bilao, and more.
The food offerings at the market will each cost less than $10, and will span the cuisines of Laos, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Expect vegan Korean tacos, tenderloin skewers, Isan sausages, koay chiap (duck broth soup), shabu shabu beef, Laotian beef tartare, bing su (snow ice desserts), and more planned for the menu.
The Asian Night Market will take place on Sunday, July 21 from 4 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $12, and food coupons can be purchased to buy food from vendors.
