It’s that time of year: today is “Reservation Day” for DFW Restaurant Week, aka the day when the official list of restaurants is unveiled. More than 150 restaurants across North Texas are participating in 2018’s annual event, which offers three-course prix fixe dinners for either $39 or $49, or two-course lunches for just $20.

DFW Restaurant Week begins the week of August 13 and runs through August 19, although many restaurants extend the deals for additional weeks in the summer, either through August 26 or Labor Day, September 3. Each meal supports the event’s charity partners: the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) or Lena Pope.

Want to plan out August dining deals? Check out the official list here on DFW Restaurant Week’s website, where diners can browse via alphabetical order, cuisine, or price — or “specialty bites,” which means that casual restaurants are whipping up special sandwiches, burgers, and other dishes that also contributed 10 percent of the purchase price to charity partners. There’s even a DFW Restaurant Week Specialty Bites Kick-Off Party event, set for Thursday, August 9, in Fort Worth’s Crockett Row at West 7th Street.
