Get the malt vinegar ready, because DFW’s first dedicated spot for fish and chips is opening so soon. Fish & Fizz just posted that its shop at at 400 North Coit Rd. in Richardson will open up tomorrow, August 3, starting at 4 p.m. and closing at 9 p.m.

English chef Nick Barclay and his wife, Kelli (a Dallas native) will serve fizzy glasses of bubbly along with flaky fried fish and chips, tartar sauce, lemon, and malt vinegar. Other British specialties are on the docket too, like bubble and squeak, a Cornish pasty, and bangers and mash. Check out the menu here.
